🌼 It may be the first day of September, but the Sani Stagger has never really waited for spring to brighten things up.

Between the fresh greens, the first pops of colour on the mountainside, and a start line full of runners who apparently own nothing in beige, we’d say the season suits us rather well 😎.

In just three months, you’ll be standing on the start line of the 2026 Sani Stagger presented by the Lighthouse Group.

To celebrate the countdown, we’ve teamed up with Salomon and the Lighthouse Group to give two lucky runners the chance to win an unforgettable race weekend experience.

One lucky winner will receive:

x2 entries to the 16km Stagger Gravel by Salomon (for you and a friend)
x2 pairs of Salomon Gravel Shoes 
x2 nights (shared) race weekend accommodation at Premier Resort Sani Pass courtesy of the Lighthouse Group

No problem. If you’re selected as the winner, we’ll refund your Stagger Gravel entry fees instead.

HOW TO ENTER
 
1. Make sure you’re following Sani Stagger (Sani Stagger Endurance Run), Salomon South Africa (Salomon South Africa) and the Lighthouse Group (Lighthouse Group) on Facebook or Instagram. 
2. Comment on the competition post and tag the person you’d bring along on race weekend.
3. Share to your stories and tag us for extra entries.

That’s it.

The winner will be selected at random and announced on 14 September 2026.

* Winner announced on 14 September 2026.
* The winner must be following all three Instagram accounts at the time of the draw.
* If the winner has already entered the Stagger Gravel by Salomon, their entry fee will be refunded in place of one entry.

Rooms sold out extremely quickly last year, so we strongly encourage runners to be ready to secure their preferred options as soon as bookings go live to avoid missing out.
