🏏 CSA NATIONAL SCHOOLS INDABA 2026 | BUILDING THE FUTURE OF SCHOOLS CRICKET

Kei Cricket proudly participated in the CSA National Schools Indaba held from 14 – 17 May 2026, a strategic platform focused on strengthening and advancing schools cricket development across South Africa.

Representing Kei Cricket at the four-day engagement were:

⭐ Mr D. Makalima – Cricket Services Manager, Kei Cricket
⭐ Mr T.J. Ngqasa – Mini Cricket / Acting Youth & Schools Coordinator
⭐ Mr Jozana – Nomandi School Principal

The Indaba created an important opportunity for collaboration, leadership discussions, knowledge sharing, and strategic planning around the future of youth and schools cricket.

Today, Kei Cricket proudly joined the exciting Regional KFC Mini Cricket Festival hosted by the Mthatha Region, bringing together young cricket stars for a day filled with fun, learning, teamwork, and development. 🙌🏽🏏

A special appreciation goes to Ms Zimbini Mkutyukelwa, Mthatha Area Leader, for her leadership and support towards the success of the festival. 👏🏽

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Mr TJ Ngqasa for coordinating this wonderful initiative and ensuring a successful and enjoyable event for all involved. 💙

2026/2027 Financial Year Strategic Presentation

Strategic Plans Presented to Executive Committee

Kei Cricket successfully held an Executive Committee engagement yesterday where organisational leadership presented strategic plans and programme priorities for the 2026/2027 financial year.

The presentation session formed part of Kei Cricket’s ongoing commitment to strengthening governance, accountability, sustainability, and long-term development planning across all programmes and operational areas.

The meeting was attended by Executive Committee members, including Mr Phelo Mzumbana and Mr Zamukulunga Nqeto, who provided valuable remarks, guidance, and constructive input during the engagement.

Detailed Programme & Budget Presentations

During the session, detailed presentations were made outlining:

• Kei Cricket’s strategic direction for 2026/2027
• Programme implementation plans
• Operational priorities
• Stakeholder engagement initiatives
