With simple replacements such as switching out fizzy drinks for sparkling water; white bread for 100% rye or sourdough; pasta with zoodles; dried fruit with real fruit and more - you will immediately begin to notice a difference in your body!

Ensure to opt for the healthy alternatives, opt to drink water throughout the day and make sure to exercise daily too.

What is the difference between cardio and strength training ?

Cardio is any exercise which increases the heart rate. An increased heart rate promotes heart and lung health and reduces the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes and cancer. Cardio exercises can be running, walking, swimming, rowing, spinning, jumping and more!

Strength training on the other hand boosts the metabolism by building lean muscle mass, preventing obesity and limiting bone loss.
