Top tips on HOW TO START EATING VEGAN: 🤍
1. Focus more on what you can eat and fill up your plate with that first. 💪🏽 build your meals around your fave proteins, which could be legumes, seitan, tofu, peas, etc.
2. Find your why, it could be health reasons or ethical or a combination of both. Watching documentaries can light up the passion🤪

3. Do it gradually; start cutting out the easiest to cut out meat first, for me this was Chicken and red meat. When you feel you are ready do the next. The last thing I cut out was cheese, because let’s face it that was the most difficult one😂 you can speed up the process by starting to have vegan days a few days of the week.
4. Follow people who inspire you to be vegan. Follow vegan cooking pages, vegan athletes, vegan factual pages, vegan memes, vegan millionaires (whatever floats your boat) as long as this creates a positive environment on your instagram feed and motivates you! 👑😝
5. Veganise your favorite meals by using meat substitutes. It can be horrifying to eat a black bean burger the first time you aren’t having the meat option, so I recommend having the processed meat sub for the first few times before switching it out for more whole food approach. This could make the transition much more doable.🥰🙏🏻
6. Read up on benefits and put them to the test. For me, this was testing my cholesterol. My dad and his whole family has very high cholesterol. He has been drinking pills for 30 years! His overall cholesterol after only 4 weeks was the lowest it has ever been and the doctors even said he could stop drinking pills if he keeps this up!💉💊
7. DONT GO VEGAN if you are doing it to “lose weight”. Veganism isn’t a diet, but a lifestyle choice! ❌
