Looking for a fun, high-energy workout in a comfortable ladies-only environment? Join our Ladies Only Boxercise Classes every Monday to Thursday from 10:00–11:00.
These classes are designed for women of all fitness levels and combine boxing-inspired fitness with cardio, strength, endurance, and full-body conditioning. Whether your goal is weight loss, fitness, stress relief, confidence building, or simply getting active again, this class is for you.
Expect high intensity training, motivating energy, great music, and a supportive atmosphere where every woman is welcome. No experience needed, just bring yourself, your water bottle, and the willingness to work hard and have fun.
