Good form = better results + fewer injuries.
Master the basics and build a stronger foundation in the gym 💪

✅ Correct Squat Form
Keep your chest up, core tight, and knees in line with your toes. Focus on depth and control — not just weight.

✅ Common Deadlift Mistakes
Avoid rounding your back, jerking the weight off the floor, or lifting with your arms instead of your legs and hips.

✅ How to Activate Glutes Properly
Use movements like glute bridges, kickbacks, and slow controlled reps to really engage the muscles before training legs.

✅ Proper Push-Up Form
Keep your body straight, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width, and lower your chest with control. Quality reps over quantity 👌

✅ Beginner Gym Tips
Start light, focus on technique first, stay consistent, and don’t compare your journey to others. Everyone starts somewhere.

Had an incredible fitness & posing seminar this past Saturday at the gym. The energy, the focus, and the progress in the room were unreal — honestly, a perfect seminar all around.

Huge thank you to everyone who helped make this happen behind the scenes, and to everyone who showed up, put in the work, and made the day so good. Appreciate you all for bringing the vibe and making it one to remember.
