Our Saturday Clubride was well supported with 3 groups conquering the hills on a cold chilly morning .,while our gravel riders participated in the winter warmer outride in Paarl 👍🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️💙

Pedal Power Association Stay Wider of the Rider It's winter time and sunrise is very late.When you go cycling early mornings, please wear reflective gear and switch on front and back lights. A concerned motorist, who is also a cyclist, called us early morning saying he almost collided with a cyclist in Camps Bay, who had no front light on his bike. For your own safety, always use lights when cycling in the dark.

Every pedal stroke is a chance to show respect. At 3 Feet Please we ride hard, we ride kind—on the road, in the park, on the way home. A smile to a fellow cyclist, a courteous hand to a pedestrian, a mindful lane change—these small acts keep our streets safe and our community strong. Let’s make kindness the default, not the exception. Ride with purpose, ride with heart.
