Muddy Foot Adventures was started by James Stewart as an event organizing company to have a platform to organize events in conjunction with the Pennypinchers Adventure racing Team in 2009. The Team has organized many successful events including the Pennypinchers Adventure Easter Weekend . The company has expanded and now organize a range of events along the Garden Route . Muddy Foot also builds trails and floating bridges for events and has organised events for big clients like San Parks. The Tsitsikamma Ultra Trail Run 2016 will be their biggest event thus far.

Being an adventure racer himself, founder and co-organizer of the Tsitsikamma Ultra you are in for one massive treat racing it this year 😉.

For the past 8 years, James Stewart has been the steady hand behind the Tsitsikamma Ultra Trail. The mind behind the routes, the problem-solver on course, and the go-to man when things don’t go to plan. From sweeps to safety and every detail in between, James works tirelessly behind the scenes so runners can simply arrive, trust the process, and focus on the joy of running. The race experience so many enjoy is built on the hard work of one man who makes it all happen.
