Dikgwamolelo FC vs African Stars FC
African Stars FC have failed to comply with the SAFA Uniform Rules as approved by the National Executive Committee on the 25th July 2016 and still standing today, the referee have compiled a report and will be submitted to the SAFA DR RSM Competition Chairperson.
Rule 29.2:
"In addition to the team official outfit, each team will be in possession of spare outfit ( in colours contrasting with those of the official outfit), which will also be taken to every match. The visiting team will change in the event of there being a clash of colours. If a visiting team has no alternative resulting in a match being abandoned, the offending team will forfeit the match points."
Rule 29.3:
"If in the opinion of the referee the colours of the two opposing teams might lead to confusion, they will be changed, using either the entire spare outfit or a combination of both. The home team will be entitled to wear the outfit of their choice and the visiting team will change."
African Stars FC have forfeited the Match as according to the SAFA UNIFORM RULES, its 3 points for Dikgwamolelo FC.
