We have a belt system. Juniors have 20 Kyus to complete. From yellow belt you can 3 stripes per belt.

Seniors have 10 Kyus to complete. From yellow belt you get one stripe per belt, no stripe on blue and 2 stripes on brown.

Showing up, working hard, staying focused and dedicated will get you through your grades. 🥋🥋🥋🥋

Marthinus Jacobus Geldenhuys started his karate journey 10 years ago. He walked into his first class with a crisp new gi and a chi'shi he made. From that first day I knew this is next level dedication. For the past decade he has been present and sweating on the floor every week.
