Tough Day at the office for our Swellenroses Netball Team...

On Saturday 16 May our team travelled to Hermanus to play Hermanus A the league leaders we knew it was going to be a tough challenge from the start to finish but the ladies didn't give up they played with a lot of heart and determination but in the end the result did not go our way going down 22-55 lots of lessons learned we will not back down we as a team are still in this for a great finish ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ

What a game! ๐Ÿ’ช

Today we faced Swellendam Netball Club and walked off the court with pride. Even though the score ended 20โ€“23 against us, this was one of our best performances yet. In the past, the margin was often 15+ goals, but today we proved that we can compete, grow, and stand strong.

This Derby will be remembered โ€“ not just for the score, but for the spirit and determination our team showed. We stood together, supported each other, and never gave up. Thatโ€™s the true heart of sport.

Now itโ€™s back to the drawing board to sharpen the small details. Every mistake is a chance to learn, and every match brings us closer to the team we want to be. In two weeks we face Hermanus A, and weโ€™re ready to give them a game they wonโ€™t forget.

To our players โ€” Hold on to the pride of today and use it as fuel for the next challenge. Weโ€™ve shown what weโ€™re capable of โ€“ and there are many victories ahead.
