We need someone to take over the admin side of the club. It is really not a lot of work but I (Bernard) am not able to give it my full attention with my commitments to WPTA.

We will be join the Strand Running Club on Tuesday evening at 6PM for a 4 or 8 km time trial. They run from the Charles Morkel rugby club. See you all there.

First swim had 3 members join. Wednesday should be busier.

We are starting a swim group at the Strand Virgin Active. 1300 every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The structure will be adapted as the group grows.
