Boland JKA Shotokan Karate Situated in the middle of Stellenbosch, the Boland dojo is a place where traditional shotokan karate is practiced.

We strive to live by the way of our five dojo-kun (maxims):

1.Seek perfection of character (Character)
2.Be faithful (Sincerity)
3.Endeavour (Effort)
4.Respect others (Etiquette)
5.Refrain from violent behaviour (Self-control)

It was nerves and stress but we made it happen. Six karatekas passed their gradings and are looking for the next colour belt.
