..... first one ever!!! 2016 - 2019 😱.... one read all the posts and see the transformations but if you just stand still and acknowledge what you have done, you can also have .I so often still see the old 2016 version of me in the mirror and don’t stop and congratulate myself but today after many years of pushing/failing trying again and again I can pat myself on the back and say “wow girl, you are doing great. Just keep going” .... so this is me today!!! Happy, proud and oh so ready to keep going 🤗😜🏋🏻‍♂️. 😊

Not bad for 40 😜..... this is one amazing journey!! Not easy at all but very rewarding. Started at 124kg 3 years ago and lowest was 83kg but today I am a happy 85kg!!! Journey is not over, it is a slow and hard journey but so worth it! 🤗🏋🏻‍♀️ 😊 @ BodyReform Personal Training
