Smiling Sharks Swim school Learn to swim, stroke correction, beginner fitness sessions, adult classes available on request. Based at Virgin Active Stellenbosch.

Access to open water clinics in the Helderberg basin monthly. I am an ex national and competitive swimmer starting up a swim school in Stellenbosch at the Virgin Active. The main aim is to teach kids how to swim, the FOUR competitive strokes as well as the inns and outs of swimming galas ie Dives, underwater work, speed, long distance swimming, new swimming drills and the rules about swimming. we

also have an opening for a masters adult class where we will do fitness / preparation for open water swims, masters galas or just general tips in swimming correctly as an adult. Don't miss out on learning in a great warm positive and hip environment how to swim! We host open water clinics, triathlon swimming programs and coaching sessions.

My love language is random acts of kindness and physical touch and i thought incorporating my love language into my passion for Seeff might be a good idea (minus the physical touch ofcourse)

My act of kindness this week - handwrite and personally deliver a loaf of bread to clients who bought a home in November the last 3 years. It's the small things that count

An absolutely fantastic opportunity has come up and we are grabbing it with all arms. There will be a very informative swim crash course at De Hoop Primary in January 2023.
Numbers will be capped (I enjoy smaller groups) so you will need to message me asap! 060 656 6772 (Whatsap only)

School gala's take place within the first 2 weeks when school opens and I will prepare them for this.

Focus: School gala prep / all four strokes / techniques as well as fitness / Starts and finishes (child can knock of seconds in these if they can be exposed to the teaching
