Stellenbosch Triathlon Squad Plaisir Wine Estate

❗STS TRI: Important Info ❗

We hope you are getting excited for Saturday's action!! Please take note of the following important information:

✅ REGISTRATION and goodie pack collection will take place Specialized - Stellenbosch on Thursday between 4-6PM OR Plaisir Wine Estate on Saturday from 6:30AM.
✅ TIMING CHIPS will only be distributed on race morning whereafter you will get body marked with your race number
✅BAG DROP: there will be a dedicated bag drop area where you can tag your bag with your race number and leave it safely during your event
✅ START TIMES: 8AM for Lite and Team events and Kids will have staggered starts from 1OAM, starting with the 6-8 year olds
✅ REMEMBER a bright colored swim cap and a race belt to pin your race number to.. / Orca will have these + goggles etc avaiable to purchase on race morning in case you forget anything.
✅ TECH STATION: the guys from Specialized Stellenbosch will be able to assist with any last minute bike fixes on race morning.
✅ WETSUITS: won't be compulsory and the BigBayEvents water safety team will make a call an hour before the race whether wetsuits will be allowed
✅ NO HELMET NO RIDE
✅ WATERPOINT will be located just outside transition and will be stocked with water, coke and snacks
✅ SMILE for our event photographer Sullivan ! photos will be avaiable on our STS page shortly after the event.
✅ POST RACE: grab your well deserved medal and USN SA - Ultimate Sports Nutrition drink; go for a free EPT Recovery massage; try out PUMA Running 's latest technical running shoes; enjoy the vibe family friendly Plaisir market with delicious food and drinks and be sure to hang around for prizegiving at around 12PM...there are loads of prizes from our fantastic sponsors!!!
