After this set I did a set of 1️⃣1️⃣0️⃣kg for 5️⃣reps and 1️⃣2️⃣0️⃣kg for 1 that ended up with a minor tear halfway through the rep. It’s been day 5 now. Pain has lessened a bit and I’m recovering well with proper nutrition,light shoulder mobility and some ice on the bruise a few times a day till day 14. Till then let’s focus on Legs a bit of core!🙇🏾‍♂️
