This year 4 girls from the team was selected at the trials to represent Overberg Development team. We are extremely proud of the coach Anchelle Damon who has been part of this prestigious occasion for three years now. Then to the other players Tracey Afirkaner, Dheonique Afrikaner and Ricaydia Pieters who will join their coach and other team members in Oudtshoorn for the Western Cape Development Tournament this coming weekend. Play your hearts out girls and make the Overberg region extremely proud. You make us at the Football Foundation very proud. All the best for the weekend ahead. Teams that will be participating in this tournament is as follows.
Eden, Cape Winelands (9old Boland), Central Karoo (old SWD), West Coast, Cape Town (old WP) and Overberg.

Hey peeps sorry I have been very very quiet. It's been busy with all the events and courses I have to attend. Please be aware that we didn't forget about our fan base and we would like to encourage you to please donate towards our fundraisers when we do have something lined up for a specific weekend. Hi there people we would like to invite all the players of this team and their parents to a meeting regarding our Namibian tour. I really need some help with the fundraising events. All the old players please again I need the afilliation fees asap or we won't be able to play league matches. Please girls its been long enough now. Every single one who played. Even if it was one game. You were there so pay please. Our name is carrying the dirt now.

Hi there People this is your coach speaking. I am looking forward to this year. Please please please come and see me. The old girls from last year and the new ones for this year. Let me know by written letter who will continue with netball and who won't. The girls that played last year please do not forget about your outstanding affiliation fees as this is a very bad reflection on the team and on us management. Remember we are planning to tour to Namibia this year and a player whose affiliation fees are outstanding and girls who won't play won't go with on tour. This year we are planning to make the most of it and we are planning to work harder then ever to make a success of the netball season.
