We’ve teamed up with the Seal Point Boardriders Club to run a local Surf Camp this coming half term holidays

📅 4 & 5 July

A 2-day performance coaching clinic for kids who can already ride waves but want to sharpen their techniques, build ocean smarts and learn better surfing tools!

💰: R800 per Grom

Meet our stoke magnet - Matt Davis.

Known for his chilled vibe, infectious smile and smooth style, he’s the ultimate surf coach and mentor! Whether you’re paddling out for the first time, or fine tuning your technique - Matt creates space where surfers of all levels feel confident, supported and fully immersed in the experience.

Outside of the water, Matt is the founder of St. Francis Football Club Academy where he plays a vital role in uplifting our local community and developing talent on the football pitch.

Matt brings patience and purpose to everything he does. He’s also father to Lucky our team mascot!

Meet the Team at Lucky Fish!

Simon is a second generation South African surfer. He was raised on the wild, wave rich coastline near East London, and has some of the best local knowledge when it comes to finding nooks around the coastline that offer word class waves!

He loves a late drop, a cold dop and can both catch and braai a fish on the beach. Not only is he one of our founders at Lucky Fish, but an asset to anyone looking to enjoy an authentic surf adventure on our beautiful coastline.
