NAMAQUA RIDERS MCC – HARLEY-DAVIDSON RAFFLE DRAW RULES

Dear Supporters,

As we approach the much-anticipated Harley-Davidson Raffle Draw at Beaver’s Nightclub, please take note of the following rules:

✅ Please have your raffle ticket available during the draw.

✅ Keep the cellphone number used when purchasing or registering your ticket close by.

✅ The holder of the winning ticket number will be contacted immediately after the ticket has been drawn.

✅ We will attempt to contact the winner by telephone a maximum of three (3) times.

✅ If there is no answer after the third call attempt, or if the winner cannot be verified, the winning ticket will be deemed invalid, and the prize will be forfeited.

✅ A new ticket will then be drawn, and the same process will be repeated until a winner has been successfully contacted and verified.

✅ The judges’ decision and the outcome of the draw will be final.

These rules are in place to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient draw for all participants.

Thank you for your support, and best of luck to everyone! 🍀
