- Early morning classes (Monday/Wednesday/Friday with an open gym on Tuesday/Thursday)
- Mid Morning and Lunch classes every day.

- Base Camp classes for NEW CrossFitters integrated with regular classes AM & PM 5 days a week.

We’re stoked about finally opening the doors, but maybe even more stoked about our Team that will take care of you at CCF 7130:
1. Our Head Coach & Box Manager: :
Coaching mainly the 8.15, 12.00 plus PM shift but also does a lot of Personal Coaching so you'll see him at the box from am-pm on most days.
2. is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer that will coach 3 mornings a week. She has coached CrossFit for years before having her little boy Ethan 1 year ago.
3. CCF CREW Member is an avid and very passionate CrossFitter and she will head up our Tuesdays & Thursdays Open Gyms initially, but is also looking for a career as a coach in the future.
