You don't need any equipment but the following will be used :
🔹️0.5 or 1kg dumbbells OR two cans of food
🔹️Resistance loop
🔹️Redondo ball OR a scatter pillow OR rolled up beach towel.
🔹️Chair / Kitchen counter / Table surface as your Barre

BARRE TRICEPS💪🏼😁
3 Simple ways to incorporate tricep exercises into your Barre routine.

1️⃣ Modified Push-ups
➡️ On your knees, palms in line with shoulders
➡️ Rib to hip connection, hips down
➡️Elbows bend and draw toward your waist

2️⃣Bent over row & Tricep extension
➡️ Soft knees, shoulders rolled back & down, hinge forward at the hips
➡️ Arms hang in line with shoulders
➡️ Draw elbows up, past your waist
➡️ Extend forearms back, whilst maintaining elbow placement. Then reverse movement

3️⃣ Resistance Loop Tricep extension
➡️ Hook hands through both ends but leave thumbs on the outside
➡️ One hand on shoulder, Working arm into your side
➡️ Press down with working hand
➡️ Resistance on the way back to starting position
