𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲_𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 came about after I learned how fun it was to include your little one in your session … not only does it push you to train harder with an added weight but also involves your little one.

💕Training sessions can become precious bonding moments with our little ones. Whether it’s involving them in simple exercises or just having them cheer us on, it strengthens the parent-child connection and creates beautiful memories. 🥰 🏋️‍♀️👧👦 .

And I am ALL ABOUT IT!!
