The seals needs our help. Here is a good cause for World Oceans day.

Sea Search is leading research into rabies in seals. We led the discovery and quantified the outbreak. This hashtag help us continue this work to 1) understand if rabies is still increasing in the wild, 2) how it's spreading, and 3) which animals are at risk.

Rabies in seals affects all water users. If it spreads to other species, it could become a global catastrophe.

Each test costs R1000. We need to test 500 seals per season to accurately understand the disease in the wild.

Rocky Banks Magic 🦈🐟🌊

Once again, Rocky Banks blew our minds with its incredible diversity. Every time we go there we see something different, the reefs are untouched and packed with life, this site is one of Cape Town’s best kept secrets.

This time we were joined by the awesome crew, making a great day on the water even better.

Power of the Ocean 🌊💥

There’s a reason this coastline is known as the Cape of Storms. Raw, powerful, and endlessly changing, the ocean here commands respect and never fails to leave us in awe.

Wreck Diving ⚓🌊🤿

The crew from Stillbay Scuba joined us for a day of wreck dives. Solid dives, good vibes, and great people all around. If you’re heading up the coast, they’re definitely worth looking up.

Great Day Out 🌊🐟🌿

Stingrays cruising past, gully sharks tucked into the reef, fish everywhere, and that weightless feeling of flying through the kelp forest. Cape Town diving really is world class.

First dives for 2026 🌊✨

A great start to the year with calm seas and no wind. Visibility wasn’t the best, but the dives were still spectacular — proof that every day in the ocean has something special to offer.

BOS 400 was absolutely stunning today ⚓🌊

Endless visibility, ice-cold water, and crayfish everywhere — one of those dives where the cold is quickly forgotten once you hit the wreck. Conditions like this don’t come around often.

Join us on Caleb’s journey to becoming a PADI Open Water Diver 🌊🤿

After losing his leg to a great white shark in Knysna, Caleb’s bond with the ocean never faded. He’s now diving with a focus on shark conservation.

Day 2 we traded the pool for the ocean, using new skills in real conditions while exploring what lies beneath.

Caleb reckons: the water treats everybody the same, anybody can become a diver.
