In a world where you can be anything. BE KIND. (to yourself).
The problem is we have become a lot better at being human DOINGS than human BEINGS.
And human DOINGS are not such nice people 🤣
Trust me, I was one of them 🙋‍♀️
Because human doings operate from a place of NOT ENOUGH.
And have FORGOTTEN how to BE THEMSELVES.
Instead… human doings stay lost in the world outside by trying to CONTROL and handle S**T.
And when s**t outside can’t be controlled or handled…
Well… we tend to get angry 🤣
Maybe not outright anger, cos that’s not always socially acceptable.
But irritation and frustration are also forms of ANGER.
This judgment causes STRESS.
And stress causes ILLNESS.
And ageing.
Remember, we are human BEings.
Being for-giving (human doing is for-taking)
Being present.
Being loving.
Being kind.
That is what it means to BE.
The RESULT of BEING ourselves is…
We CHOOSE happiness, joyfulness and peace in EVERY moment
Because that is WHAT WE ARE.
So… the trick to really being a KIND human being is…
Outsmart your ego… AKA the part of you that judges.
So you can DO less and BE more. Kind. To Yourself.
