🍫 High-Protein Chocolate Pudding — Sweet Gains in Every Spoon! 💪

Craving chocolate and building muscle? This quick, creamy pudding delivers 42g of protein and just 410 calories — the perfect post-workout treat or guilt-free dessert!

🧾 Ingredients:
200g low-fat cottage cheese
2 scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp tahini or nut butter
50g oats
80ml milk of choice
Optional Toppings:
15g dark chocolate (melted or shaved)
Pomegranate seeds or berries
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2️⃣ Pour into bowls or jars and drizzle with dark chocolate if desired.
3️⃣ Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
