Day 47/66
Today I decided to take a rest day.
After one heck of a weekend of camping for the first time and going for our engagement shoot, I was exhausted.
I did not want to bring that exhaustion into my training session and figured I deserved a much needed break.
It was most welcome.
And that made me realise that it’s not always good to just going to push, push, push. Sometimes a moment, to take that deep breathe, pause and exhale again can just reshuffle your energies again ⚡️
What other ways do you guys use to not be in such a constant pattern of motion all the time?
