Meet the Primal Motion coaches!

“From a young age it was obvious to those around me that I was happiest when being active. Growing up, gymnastics, dancing, and aerial circus consumed a large part of my life. When I finished school and moved on from those hobbies, I discovered my love for the gym and hiking. My growing passion for movement and exercise ultimately led me to explore the extensive impact that it can have on our lives. Today I find myself in a profession that just makes so much sense, and I feel grateful to be able to say that I really love what I do.
As a strength and conditioning coach, my focus is on helping people to reach their full potential. Whether it be sports specific or a longevity based endeavour. And as I have discovered my personal love for trail running, my coaching has expanded too with a focus on running-specific training, which can greatly improve athletic performance, and importantly reduce risk of injuries.
Ultimately, training with me at Primal Motion is personalised to help you reach your goals, with a general focus on improving your overall well-being through enhancing mobility, strength, and functionality”
