What an incredible winter holiday! Thank you to everyone who visited Crocworld Adventure & Conservation Centre and made it one to remember.

Families enjoyed daily crocodile feedings, baby croc handling, snake demonstrations, guided trail walks, wildlife encounters and plenty of time exploring the centre's attractions.

It was also fantastic to welcome so many guests back to our Sunday Buffet Lunch at Fish Eagle Café, where delicious food was paired with some amazing whale sightings from the wraparound deck.

Our Sip & Paint event was another highlight, bringing together great company, w**e tasting and creativity in a relaxed coastal setting.

Our newly launched hiking and mountain biking trails also proved popular, with more visitors discovering the beauty of the KZN Mid-South Coast from a whole new perspective.

Our newly reopened 1km community trail is ready to welcome runners, walkers and families – and it's kicking off with a championship event!

Crocworld Adventure & Conservation Centre's newly reopened 1km community trail will host the Ugu Cross Country Championships on Saturday, 25 July, as we continue growing our reputation as one of the KZN South Coast's leading outdoor adventure destinations.

The championships are open to everyone, from Under-8 competitors to seniors and masters, making it a fantastic opportunity to experience our expanding trail network in a beautiful natural setting.

Designed to be accessible for all fitness levels, the new 1km loop complements our existing 2km trail and forms part of our vision to create an outdoor space where athletes, walkers, families and nature lovers can stay active while enjoying the beauty of the KZN South Coast.

The countdown is on for the Renishaw Solstice Race at Crocworld Adventure and Conservation Centre this Saturday, 20 June.

If you've heard the buzz around the Crocworld trails, now's your chance to experience them for yourself. From scenic coastal views and winding indigenous forest sections to flowing single track and rewarding climbs, these trails are quickly becoming a favourite among local runners and riders.

As the cooler winter weather settles in, our crocodiles naturally begin to slow down and eat less frequently. This is a normal seasonal behaviour for these incredible reptiles.

To ensure the best possible experience for our visitors and our animals, our Crocodile Feeding & Snake Interaction schedule will be slightly adjusted from 12 May 2026 until further notice.

More than 200 runners took on something completely new at Crocworld on Sunday 26 April, and it delivered in a big way.

The first-ever Crocworld Trail Run, hosted in partnership with KZN Trail Running, saw participants tackle 5km, 10km, and 20km routes through purpose-built trails designed to challenge and excite. From technical sections to scenic stretches, the course quickly became the highlight of the day, with runners describing it as unique, engaging, and unlike anything else in the area.

Congratulations to David Lamont (1:35:37) and Romy Wenzel (1:41:04) for securing first place in the long course.

There’s even more to experience at Crocworld Conservation Centre 🐊🌿

We’re excited to be growing and evolving, with new additions and upgrades enhancing your visit in more ways than ever before.

One of our latest features, Badger’s Cycling and Sports Centre, is now open right at the Crocworld entrance. Visitors can stop by without purchasing a park ticket and enjoy access to scenic biking routes around the Crocworld area and the beautiful South Coast.

Inside the centre, guests can still enjoy all the favourites - from crocodile feedings and engaging animal talks to peaceful walks through our lush surroundings and a relaxing stop at Fish Eagle Café.

With even more exciting developments on the way, 2026 is shaping up to be a big year for Crocworld 💚
