A total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Most fitness experts do recommend dancing as an effective way to enjoy workout and at the same time release yourself from stress! While it is also true that you can also avail of other alternatives to achieve fitness such as: treadmills, dumbbells, octane elliptical, or many other kinds of machines in the gym, you just get the exercise there but not the Fun! The point here is that Zumba offers you both fitness and dancing skills. Before you know it you have become the best dancer that you can be with just a few dance workout sessions. Bottom line is: health and fitness is not something that should be seen as an exhaustive chore. As a beginner in your class, your mimicking skills will be put into practice plus your skill in following instructions will also be vital in experiencing fulfillment. Don't worry when you first experience some body pains; this is just normal. Just remember that the pain will be gone when you finally see the rewarding results. Motivation
Most women in our community are not ready or keen to just commit to a gym or exercise class for various personal reasons and thus find themselves unfit, overweight and unhealthy. Good news! Zumba….I have started a Zumba fitness group in our community for women of all groups and ages , which makes it possible and comfortable for women of all sizes and ages to join without any fear or reservations. An opportunity to get fit, lose weight , improve health ,medical conditions and distress the Zumba fun way. The Zumba fitness programme is so unlike a dance class, you can’t get it wrong. We have fun, we shake and shimmy and get fit in the process. You don’t have to be a dancer or co-ordinated in any way to still get a great workout. Zumba fitness is unique , exhilarating, fun and is inspired by Latin music, but you will be challenged by some new steps and get your brain working. So get down to one of my classes and party yourselves into shape… Shrink everything but your smile. At our classes you will learn to dance and get fit with the following:
