All martial arts should be practiced as one and not just separately, Boxing and Karate(punches, strikes and kicks arts ) for stand up and close up encounters Judo(Take down arts) down to take down an opponent and when on the ground one uses Ju jitsu(locks and submissions arts) to end the fight
