Well done Tiisetso , so proud of you! 👏🎉

Congratulations to Tiisetso Sebata for making the CGA Cross Country Team and representing the province on September 5th.
Tiisetso has had a very strong season running the 2km event of the Senior Men's Race -
- 2nd at League 1 at the Altrec Sports Complex in Alex in a time of 6:38
- 2nd in League 3 in Dobsonville in a time of 6:33
- 2nd in League 5 in Kwa Themba in a time of 6:17.
At the CGA Cross Country Champs, he ran in a time of 6:28 despite two falls and losing a shoe.
Tiisetso is a perfect example of tenacity, dedication, and a very hard work ethic.
Wishing him all the best at the SA Cross Country Championship.

Reminder about the social trail run this Friday morning for the RMB UTCT 2026 Tour! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Choose between a 5km or 10km trail run through the spruit.

Meet us at Stride Haus at 5h30 for registration, then we’ll hit the trails before heading back to Bootlegger for coffee and FREE banana bread.
