Hey Bullies,

Henk and Laura are lucky enough to be taking some unbelievable lifters to platform at the World Sub-Junior and Junior Powerlifting Championships in Sun City, August 2026 🔥

We are blessed to have so many opportunities for athletes to represent SA! But competing and coaching at these competitions is entirely self-funded. We are rallying our community to come together and make some magic happen so that our athletes can walk onto the platform backed by the coaches who've put countless hours into their prep.
