Did you know Millenials make up 50% of organisations and by 2025 it will be 75%? So what do they want:
- Having access to advanced technology in line with latest trends
- Flexible working hours - more emphasis on getting the work
done regardless of location
- Variety – repetition in responsibilities is boring, the workplace
needs to be able to adapt work to suit individual style
- Millennials seek recognition and guidance
- They want titles - it motivates them to stay productive
- They want to add value and be given the opportunity to
contribute to high-level discussions and decision making
- Having a “progress bar” is important to them as it gives
millennials a sense of how far they have come and how far they
have to go
