Our team showed up to the SA National Pole & Aerial Championships and brought home a weekend we won’t forget!

🤍 Kaitlin Rawson — 1st place - Para Pole PPMP1 (worlds qualifier)
🤍 Coral Taylor — 2nd place - Professional Pole Sports Women 30+
🤍 Caitlyn Kern — 1st, Elite Junior Aerial Hoop Sports + 1st, Professional Artistic Aerial Hoop Junior (worlds qualified in both diciplines)
🤍 Abigail Jacobs — 3rd place - Professional Artistic Aerial Hoop Junior
🤍 Hilde Kirstein — 1st place - Novice Aerial Hoop Sports Elite (worlds qualifier)

Co-owner, ParaPole athlete & aerial hoop coach with a love for all things pole! Kaitlin brings passion, experience, and a deep understanding of movement into every class she teaches from Pole Tricks to Heels Flow and stretch sessions.

🦋 Debbie Rawson
Co-owner and all-round fitness powerhouse, with the biceps to prove it! 💪 Debbie’s journey from pole dancer to kettlebell and mobility specialist shines through in her dynamic, knowledge-packed classes, from Pole Tricks to Aerial Yoga and kids classes.

🦋 Frank Rawson
With over 19 years of yoga practice, Frank’s classes are where strength meets flow. Expect a balance of challenge and calm, leaving you feeling energised, grounded, and renewed! 🧘‍♂️
