My Weight Loss Journey

In 2022, I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. Acknowledging that I needed to do something, I also knew a regular gym wasn’t for me. I had tried going to the gym many times in the years leading up to joining Linboro Fitness Park, but there was no one to hold me accountable, and I didn’t know what to do inside the ordinary gym walls.

Then I found Linboro Fitness Park.

From day one, the coaches at Linboro Fitness Park helped me. They showed me all the movements, explained how to work all the relevant muscle groups, and ensured I executed every exercise with correct form. Their guidance gave me clarity and confidence I had been missing for so long.

What I’ve learned along the way is simple, yet powerful: through commitment and showing up for yourself, anything is possible. Some days are harder than others, but I took one day at a time, and that steady approach kept me moving forward.

Linboro Fitness Park isn’t just a place to train—it’s become my gym family.
