When you can't be assed to cook (which literally happens), but you can still make it work! It's unrealistic to say you have to prep every single meal because sometimes it won't happen!
Save this post so that you can keep this with you when you run out of ideas! ☺️
➡️1st slide: Roast chicken, microwaveable brown rice and cole slaw. I'm not saying have the whole chicken but you can cut it up into pieces and have left overs for your next meal.
➡️2nd slide: A wrap. Such an easy go to if you don't have time! You can use chicken slices OR falafel balls if you're vegetarian. This is just an idea but feel free to add on or replace with what you prefer.
➡️3rd slide: A sandwich made from deli slices (ham or chicken are great options). Pesto is a great base for flavor in your sandwich!
➡️4th slide: You can make use of a wide selection of ready made satisfying meals you can pop in the microwave. I'll give it to woolworths, they have better options for this 🥵 but you can also get ready made meal items from your local supermarket. You can also look at meal prep companies to help!
