What Coaches Notice That Parents Sometimes Miss
We see the hesitation before the skill.
We see the deep breath they take anyway.
We see the kid who used to avoid hard things…
now asking to go again.
We see the bent legs — yes.
But we also see the courage it took to do it.
We notice who listens the first time.
Who encourages teammates.
Who fights through frustration instead of shutting down.
Parents often see scores.
We see growth.
You might see a fall.
We see an athlete who didn’t quit.
Trust the process.
Progress isn’t always loud — but it’s happening. 💙
