Good Luck to head coach Candice, who has arrived in Doha! Candice will represent South Africa along with three senior gymnasts at the FIG World Cup 2018 held in Doha, Qatar.
Candice says that Doha is beautiful and is very excited for the upcoming competition.

Here at Gymbugs, we are exceptionally excited for 2018!
Our first week of Demo lesson's with our various little bugs has been fantastic and so much fun.

Here is a quick reminder of a few benefits of recreational, pre-school gymnastics:

1. Bonding, between gymnast peers, coaches and teachers;
2. Development of fundamental movement patterns;
3. Development of upper body and core strength;
4. Enhanced co-ordination;and
5. Playfulness and cognitive stimulation through physical activity.
