1. Rentia Kruger ran another PB (67 min) over 10 km at the Midrand Striders race on Sunday.
2. Janette Hamming is the winner of our winter challenge.
3. Marina Janse van Rensburg achieved 500 km with Run/Walk For Life.
4. Leoni Naude achieved 3000 km with Run/Walk For Life.
5. Heidi Goodburn completed the field programme and did her first road session today.
