Palm Court Karate Palm Court Karate is a professional martial arts school, teaching traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate-do for the past 33yrs.

We offer tuition to all levels of students ranging from beginners to advanced. All Classes are divided into age and Grade. The Palm Court Karate Centre was officially established in 1992 by Mario Sequeira. It is a traditional dojo solely designed for the practice of Goju Ryu Karate-Do. We offer the best facilities, equipment and the highest standard tuition of traditional Karate-do.

We will be running a level1Ladies Self-defence course on Saturday 6June.This course covers Soft skills like Awareness training as well as Hard skills which includes defensive and offensive techniques.
