Because we've been in the custom fitness equipment industry for so long, sometimes we get to do projects like this.

Wood has many drawbacks compared to steel:

It's not as durable, not as long lasting, and harder to work with...

A lot of our clients use our services to make home OT setups on the recommendations of their OT's. And we absolutely love to get feedback of 'what they've done with place' 😂

This setups had a custom punching bag arm, monkey bars, swedish rack, cross beam with carabeena clips (do not ask us how that is spelt), and clients brought own mats, chill chairs and pillows, everything a family gym room needs!

Bit even if you are looking for something just to get fit with, we play in the calisthenics space. Teaching your body how to function for the long haul. Start when you're younger and you'll be miles ahead when you age.

Sometimes we train, sometimes we test our skills. This was the latter. It takes training for strength that allows you to unlock your strength, and we have a quick one here:
1. 20 parallette push ups
2. 20 squat to parallettes
3. 20 dips on parallettes
4. 20 glute bridges on parallettes

3 rounds minimum.
