With the public holiday mid-week, and in honour of International Yoga Day, there are a few fun little flexes to the schedule this week.
We have a special Myofascial Release Workshop with Ingrid Barnsley on Tuesday, and next Sunday, Melissa Luboff will be teaching a beautiful Yoga Restore class from 16:00–17:00.
This may be a wonderful week to try something new or return to a class you have been meaning to attend, from Gentle Yoga and Tai Chi to Yoga Flow, Kundalini, Pilates, Functional Training, Sound Bath and Yoga Restore.
Please book your class in advance: 5 hours for evening classes and 10 hours for morning classes.
