A transformation comes after years of applying your trade, it’s not a 6, 8, 12 week bu****it plan that someone gives you. Quality takes time. Sure you can drop a few kilo’s and get a 6-pack in no time flat, but anyone with an internet connection and half a brain cell can do that, drop your calories and do some crunches.
But to truly transform, to pick up 20+ kilograms and drop into the single digit body-fat club. That takes someone with the right stuff, mentally, physically and emotionally. And over and above that, it takes someone to hold your hand and guide you on your way there.
