Great day out with team Coastline AC Riversdale Superkids.
De Dekker spar wedloop in Grootbrak. Waar ons atlete goed gedoen het in 21km 10km en 4km wedlope.

Thanks aan Coach Basil Abelse en team wat ons so voorberei het Vir hierdie wedlope. En ook baie dankie Vir uncle Hendrik Hennie en aunt Germaine Witbooi wat die vervoer altyd verskaf Germaine Witbooi vervoer dienste altyd beskikbaar en betroubaar. Dankie aan Elke atleet wat vandag hulle Alles gegee het in die wedlope.

Riversdale Superkids Coastline AC did run this weekend at Vlakte marathon 10km and 21km and 5km we did great with 2cnd and 3rd place in 10km and also Chelsea Saayman finishing 1st junior in her 1st 10km and second woman overall and me finish 3rd overall in 21km we had great success and fun 😊 well done to all our Superkids Coastline AC athletes

Good day everyone 😁
It is with great pleasure that i can share this today . Here is Riversdale Superkids Coastline AC athletes , athletes who grew up in a small town Called Riversdale underprivileged children who struggle everyday with some sort of challenge in their lifes but as a group of runners this kids deliver everyday when it comes to training the train when it comes to competition they destroy their opponents. They are committed and dedicated to do their best on every level.

We share this post to everyone as we exist of 35+ athletes and out of this group 24 is selected for the Provincial team for Aswd athletics to run the SA Cross country Championships in Qheberga PE . And we are so proud of this 24 athletes who is in the team and know we will do great in the SA"s cross country Championships.
Our Moto is we so proud to have also a coach like Coash Basil Abelse a coach who will do everything for his athletes because they not just athletes but also his kids ❤️❤️❤️🙏👏💪🎉🎉. Thanks coach for all the dedication and hardwork and for believing in us as athletes. May God 🙏 bless coach abundantly.

Hiermee Wil ons Samantha Jacobs geluk wens met die wen van 10kg hoender .
Hier by Riversdal Superkids Coastline AC is ons motto en Samantha is een van die ouers wat bankvas Staan agter ons Kinders waar ook haar sister's kind Laurika Jacobs uitblink in atletiek en Landlope onder die coaching van Coach Basil Abelse.

Ons is n span wat glo in spanwerk en Eenheid. Met die oe gefokus op Aswd Cross country Championships en ook Eden cross country Championships is ons hard aan die werk om Alle atlete vanaf 9jaar tot en met 36jaar oud te train om net die beste te gee. in hulle verskeie wedlope.

ons Wil ook Elke atleet ouer en Ondersteuner bedank wat in ons Glo en agter ons as Riversdale Superkids Coastline AC Staan .

Baie dankie Vir Elke een wat die moeite geag het om ook die looitjies te ondersteun en bydrae te gee ons waardeer dit opreg ❤️.

Our Group in waterfront after a successful weekend and race in Cape town South Africa where we had run the Slave route Challenge Road race and for most of the kids was it the first time we ran in Cape Town .

We are looking forward to run October in Cape Town again and represent our Town again as Riversdale Superkids and Riversdale Coastline AC.

Riversdale Superkids is a group of runners who work under the Coaching staff of Basil Abelse and Mervin Steenkamp but as a team we believe in each other that everything our head coach say we all do and as a coach we are not bigger than the smallest we are all on the same level here Superkids and that is why we are so United we Strive to make every child's dream a reality .. and that is why we do our best to help our kids making good progress in the running on different levels and we as a group are so honoured to part of Province South Western District ASWD ..
