After an energetic game of soccer or netball a late Friday afternoon snack is just what these kids need. Thanks to our donors, who regularly sponsor a sandwich and a fruit, and especially to Dave Pepper and our friends at La Panera who butter them up for us.

With much excitement, kids from the farms surrounding the villages of the Riebeek Valley gather on the square in Riebeek Kasteel for Friday afternoon football practice. After clearing litter from the square, the children are coached by Winston Coetzee and Nicholas Wickham. The session is finished off with sandwiches and fruit donated by residents of the Riebeek Valley.
