Wall Squat:
The body is mechanical in function. It needs to move. The problem comes in when we move incorrectly or just not enough.
One of the most basic functional movements is the squat. You do it all the time through out your day. Getting in an out of a chair, using a toilet, even climbing in and out of a car.
So why not practice doing it right? Get yourself to a wall and squat roughly your foot away from it and move closer the better you get at it. If need be start further back from the wall until you get comfortable.
You need to have a pole or something light above your head to open up your thoracic spine.
You can put a chair behind you if you scared you wall fall backwards.
