RWFL is a South African founded organisation, with its Head Office located in Johannesburg, South Africa. RWFL was founded in 1983, and has been in continuous operation since. RWFL is an exercise-based program, integrated with a nutrition program, whose core business is the scientific exercising of sedentary, unfit and/or overweight persons. The program is very structured and supervised, with a st
