What a fantastic weekend for the Mets family, with four teams picking up victories and great baseball being played across Gauteng! 💙🧡

🔥 Mets Brew Jay's 24 - 3 Taipan Grey
🔥 Mets Senior Reserves 9 - 7 Sigma Stars
🔥 Giants Mets Ladies 5 - 4 Palm Ridge
⚾ Mets Rebels 12 - 21 Titans
⚾ Mets Panthers 8 - 18 Bantams

A huge congratulations to our winning teams this weekend. The Majors continued their strong form with a convincing win over Mustangs, while Brew Jay's put on an offensive masterclass, putting up 24 runs in a dominant performance.

Our Senior Reserves battled hard to secure a well-earned victory over Sigma Stars, and the Giants Mets Ladies showed incredible determination, edging out Palm Ridge in a thrilling 5-4 contest.

While the results didn't go our way for the Rebels and Panthers, both teams showed heart, resilience and a willingness to compete right until the final out. Every game is another step forward in the journey.

A massive thank you to our coaches, umpires, scorers, volunteers, parents and supporters who continue to make Mets baseball possible every week. Your commitment keeps this club moving forward.

Four wins, plenty of great baseball, and another weekend that makes us proud to wear the orange and blue.
