And what a fantastic time we had at class this morning. 🐬 Water temperature 🌡 at 28°C; good vibes 🎶🎶🎵; bodies ready to embrace fitness and good health 🩱🩳👙. We had a splashing time 💦.

Pool is heated to 28°C and covered.

Aquafit and Fun is not only about the thing we do best - Water Aerobics. Today we had 'Fun' celebrating with Beate, soon-to-be-mom. Her comment about our classes, 'It feels so good for me. I can work out without impact, and take it easy and stretch when I feel tired. I can make it what I need it to be.'
Well done Beate. We look forward to having you back after your baby girl has arrived.

Hi Friends of Aqua Fit and Fun.
Good news! After extensive repairs and maintenance at the Linden Public Pool, we're glad to let you know that we're back and have resumed classes. Pool temperature this morning 28°C.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7.45
Mondays and Thursdays at 17.00.

Happy New Year 2026. This year is ready to welcome you: we have the best activity to get fit! .... Come and join our fun Water Aerobics classes at Roosevelt Park Recreation Centre outdoor pool! We are all loving it. 💦💦💦

Until Linden Pool is up and running (they have done extensive renovation and are working on their heat exchanger for now), the Aquafit and Fun classes are taking place at the outdoor Roosevelt Park swimming pool.
